We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to personal preference, fragrance choice, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
Exceptions (Strictly Limited)
Returns or refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
Product received in a damaged condition
Product received is incorrect or incomplete
Product has a manufacturing defect
Any exception is subject to verification and approval by the Yuvi Perfume team. Approval is not guaranteed.
How to Raise an Exception Request
If you believe your case qualifies as an exception, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
Include:
Order ID
Clear images of the outer packaging, product, and labels
A clear unboxing video (mandatory) showing the parcel being opened from a sealed condition
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Verification & Decision
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Insufficient evidence, missing videos, or signs of tampering may lead to rejection
Yuvi Perfume reserves the sole right to approve or decline any exception request
Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details will be requested
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Shipping charges, COD charges, and promotional fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Promotional & Special Sale Orders
Products purchased during:

Clearance sales
Limited-time offers
Contests or bundled schemes
are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.
